The upstairs bonus room is the place to hangout after a fun day on the lake. Kick back and watch the game on the big screen TV, play a board game or challenge someone to a fun game of foosball. The sofa is a sleeper sofa, in case you need more room.

The primary suite is located on the main level. It has a premium king mattress and linens. There is a TV in the room too. It also has a beautiful view overlooking the lake.

Walk right out the back doors to the covered porch that overlooks the lake. You are only a few steps from the water. Everyone loves a flat lot too!

The large custom kitchen has plenty of counter space. We have stocked the house with all the must need amenities (blender, pots, pans, mixer) for a mixed drink or tasty home cooked meal.

Great oversized island with 4 extra stools. Perfect place to spread out the chips and dip for the day.

Magnolia Cove Swim Club is open year round. It has a great covered area with plenty of seating and tables to dine at. The fireplace and tv are also available for you to use. There are bathrooms as well.

Sweet Serenity is a new construction Lakehouse. It has a private dock where you can park your boat during months when the water levels are at full pool. Sleeps 10. Only 30 minutes from Auburn. Only minutes from excellent restaurants and shopping.

Magnolia Cove Swim Club is open year round. It has plenty of sun loungers. Guests love the zero entry pool. It even has a hot tub. All of this over looks the gorgeous lake too.

Great zero entry area into the lake. Easy to launch the kayak and paddleboard.

The covered patio is the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the views of the lake. The fireplace and tv is a great spot to watch the game.

The Lake Martin spot was beautiful! There are restaurants close by, not a horrible drive from Auburn (30 mins). The house was beautiful, new and well appointed with tasteful furnishings and decor and a well appointed kitchen. Had everything we needed. I would like to see more outdoor seating (there are four lovely chairs, but we had 9 guests) and maybe some outdoor games like corn hole, we brought our own portable corn hole. My girls thought a full length mirror would be nice, we were dressing up for Auburn graduation. Kara was extremely proactive, reached out while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. She was a breath of fresh air after our original rental host cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours out from our arrival! Highly recommend this home and host!

We had the absolute best time here at Sweet Serenity! A beautiful and private home right on the lake! We plan to make this our new family vacation spot each year! Kara is wonderful and was a big help when needed and gave great recommendations!
